IPEM Paris 2025 – Managing End-of-Life and Troubled Funds in Portfolios

We are pleased to share that Sheila Lynch, Partner and General Counsel, will be speaking on ‘Managing end-of-life and troubled funds in portfolios’ at IPEM Paris 2025, on 24th September at 12:30 pm. 

Sheila will be joined by James O’Donnell, Partner at Gibson Dunn, to discuss the complexities of troubled funds that are either approaching the end of their lifecycle or underperforming. These situations can present significant challenges for LPs, particularly in today’s market environment, where liquidity is an increasing concern. This session will provide insight into some of the options available to LPs invested in tail-end funds that can address these difficulties.
