Should a real estate project be partially complete our team can assist in completing the project to optimism shareholder value and raising the finance required to do so.

We accept appointments as fixed charge receivers over such assets often in challenging circumstances with the intension of selling the asset of behalf of the secured lender(s) generating value for stakeholders. Alternatively, we can act as administrators or directors to facilitate a transaction where the asset is held within a company or group structure.

By working with lenders we can help manage the workout of a loan book or facilitate its sale coordinating with other professionals.
