At Cork Gully we work in partnership with financiers and advisers involved in the recovery and restructuring of stressed and distressed property assets in the UK. We advise on the formal aspects of recovery as well as insolvency options.

Our restructuring team can provide advice and guidance on the risks and rewards of particular strategies, provide a solution to a funder or consortium of funders, provide advice in disputes between lenders and property developers and take on assignments to determine the most effective work out plan. 

In addition to this we can act as LPA Receiver, advise on refinancing packages and carry out contract completion under Supervision.
