Cork Gully confirmed as headline sponsor of IBA’s 31st Annual Global Insolvency and Restructuring Conference

Cork Gully is pleased to be the headline sponsor of the 31st Annual IBA Global Insolvency and Restructuring Conference, taking place from 31 May to 2 June 2026 in Berlin, Germany.

Organised by the International Bar Association’s Insolvency Section, the conference brings together senior insolvency and restructuring practitioners to examine the legal, commercial and strategic issues arising in increasingly complex restructuring scenarios. 

The 2026 programme will focus on a range of highly relevant themes, including the use of alternative dispute resolution in insolvency, crossborder asset recovery and fraud detection, the management of multinational defaults, alongside practical sessions addressing the realworld challenges faced by practitioners across jurisdictions.
