Successor & Portfolio Management

Cork Gully provides regulated portfolio-management services for mature, tail-end or challenged funds. As an FCA-authorised and regulated portfolio manager, we can work alongside an incumbent manager as sub-adviser or delegated portfolio manager or assume responsibility as successor investment manager where a transition is required.

Our focus is on maintaining continuity, strengthening governance and actively managing complex, non-core or residual portfolios to protect value and return capital. This capability draws on Cork Gully’s wider experience across more than ten asset classes and investment strategies, with our role adapted to the circumstances of each mandate.
