Cork Gully to Host NEDs in FS October Forum
We're pleased to announce that Cork Gully will host the NEDs in FS October Forum at The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn, with a panel discussion focused on the role of Board Chairs and Non-Executive Directors during periods of organisational stress.
NEDs in FS is a membership organisation for Non-Executive Directors and Chairs of regulated financial services firms in the UK. With a network of more than 600 experienced board members, its monthly forums provide an opportunity for members to discuss current issues affecting the sector with fellow NEDs and industry experts.
Cork Gully Managing Partner Stephen Cork and Partner Richard Boleat will lead a discussion drawing on a realistic case study involving a geographically diversified asset manager. The event will explore how early warning signs can emerge across financial performance, operations, governance and regulatory compliance, and how Boards can respond effectively as pressures begin to build.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with fellow NEDs, Chairs and senior financial services professionals after the panel discussion.
